Men's Memes: Feminist terrorists and Belgium propaganda

SUFFRAGETTES planned to assassinate the Prime Minister early in the last century and honed their gun skills at a shooting range, according to Home Office advisers investigating the threat.

In other words they were bordering on being terrorists.

Theodore Dalrymple visits Belgium: In my hotel room was a copy of The Golden Book of Belgium 2001. Perhaps the intervening years had not been so golden. The Golden Book of that year, however, was dedicated to the place of women in Belgium, as if they were an endangered species which might, with careful nurturing, yet survive, like the rhinoceros in Sumatra or the sea eagle in Scotland.
