Former BBC presenter backs campaign against licence fee

Former BBC presenter Noel Edmunds backs campaign against paying TV licence Fee

I wouldn't totally scrap the BBC, but I'd cut it back MASSIVELY and get rid of the compulsory licence fee and look for alternative, fairer, ways to fund it. The BBC can produce very high quality programes, particularly its wildlife and science documentaries, but in the last few years its become too politically biased and full of poor quality shows.
