Are men finally being heard?

Under the proposals Britain's family laws will be reformed to prevent children whose parents do split up from losing contact with their fathers and grandparents.

The proposals also recommend making pre-nuptual agreements legally binding (which they currently aren't in the UK). Given that the conservatives are highly likely to win the next election, I'd say that this represents a ray of hope for men's rights. Also, thanks to a successful campaign by The Times newspaper for opening up the family courts secrecy, things finally seem to be moving in the right direction. (family court secrecy is a major problem behind the appaling way that divorced fathers are often treated).
