If men have all the power..?

"Women's power is the opposite of monumental. It's like wall-to-wall carpeting, or a snowfall, everywhere and unavoidable, not concentrated into a few narrow, vertical monuments, like men's." (Taken from 'If Men have all the power, how come women make the rules?')

To which I would add: and most women want to direct your attention onto the monuments and away from the snowfall.
