Ground breaking new men's book has just been released!

Responsible Manhood

Author: Winston Smith (a.k.a. Alan Barron.)

This practical book not only encourages men to be manly, but also gives men the tools for them to be able to take control of their lives. Too often today maleness is seen as a negative thing. The author encourages men to be confident, entrepreneurial and masterful. The book affirms maleness and encourages men to regain a sense of the confidence about being male, to rejoice in their masculinity and channel their energies into positive, worthwhile purposes for their own good and for the good of society.

While on one hand masculinity is innate, becoming a man is an art – it requires understanding and discipline. Masculinity in its natural state is a positive state of being, but like a rough diamond, it needs to be cut and polished in order to make it a thing of beauty.

While many men's books concentrate on the theoretical, very few deal with the day to day issues which confront men. This is a serious weakness. Many modern books ignore men's daily emotional and physical needs, let alone address them.

But Responsible Manhood tackles such issues as:

* What's it mean to be a man in today's gender neutral society?

* How should men today approach marriage?

* Understanding myself as male

* Are sex roles still valid? What of sexuality?

* Is headship valid today?

* How can I be an effective father?

The book also covers practical issues which are of vital importance to men such as:

* Finding employment,

* Handling job interviews

* How to handle finances

* How to look after your health

* How to lose weight.

In Responsible Manhood's also covers other topics as delineated below. The book also discusses gender issues and contains a reasoned and balanced response to the demands of contemporary feminism, the ordination of women, and also has a plan of social action for men.
