The feminists have successfully convinced the public that a large percentage of rapists are not even making it into court, when all we can really say is that a large percentage of those ACCUSED of rape are not making it into court. There is a big difference. And, now, if you are unlucky enough to find yourself accused of rape, the police are going to be strongly motivated to get you into court and prosecute you, and NOT simply to discover 'The Truth'.
