Quantum bees!?

Mathematician Barbara Shipman discovered that the waggle dance--the way bees communicate the location of food supplies to each other--encodes information in such a way that a human needs higher mathematics to parse it. So far so good, well done those bees! She then lunged to a conclusion that bees must be able to perceive quantum phenomena directly.
