A newer version of the Sony PSP looks likely for 2007. The graphical and sound capabilities will remain the same, but it will be slightly smaller, lighter, have more memory, plus a built-in camera.

Sounds interesting. Although what I think they really need to do is bring the cost of movies on UMD down significantly.
